Default 104,000 Miles...Just acquired...Maintenance?

I just bought an s2000 with 104,000 miles. I just finished cleaning up the interior, and now I'm wondering what kind of maintenance I should have done.

I'm thinking:
Oil Change (5w30, right?)
New Brake Pads - Rotors Cut
Timing Belt
Air Filter

The maintenance light is on, I'm going to look into it on Monday.

What else? I've read about compression tests, would this be beneficial?

Thanks,
e39m5

FYI, s2ks don't have timing belts, we got chains.

lol...I guess I should put less trust in my car friend. Do the chains need to be replaced?

i would do oil, diff, and tranny fluid change. air and cabin filter change. spark plug change as well and maybe seafoam flush. coolant flush at 120k and maybe valve adjustment. spray silicon lube on boots too. i have 108k miles on mine which i bought new in 2002 and engine runs like new. do that and powertrain will likely last a very long time. btw maintenance light automatically goes on every few thousand miles as a reminder.

Besides the other stuff mentioned, you might want to consider springs/struts/bushings. I know it's expensive, but when I changed mine out at 90K it was like a new car. I think it cost about $2k for everything, but it's hard to remember since it was a year or two ago.

The change was dramatic and left me feeling very good about the car. It looks new, handles new, and runs like new. Not bad for 110k on the clock.

Do everything, brakes, brake fluid, clutch fluid all fluids, coolant flush, plugs, air cleaner, oil , oil filter inspect suspension and tires and replace if needed. Unless it came with a maint record or you know the owner and what he/she did than just do it all.

I have 103k on mine and I replace all fluids every year some twice a year.
runs better than new.
