i just got mine installed yesterday....so as soon as i can put on 500 miles and a fluid change ill be at teh track.

Will have a video up real soon comparing a stock car and one with 4.77's.

It does add extra kick, but I don't feel it will beat a stock car by much. The Most noticeable improvement is extremely better throttle reponse in EVERY gear and easier to take off. Down low grunt is also improved. But again don't expect the different final drive to simulate FI.

 

It'll be interesting to see results soon.

I am going to be getting gears as probably one of my next mods. And you all know that being the race whore I am, I could easily get a run with a stock geared S2k the same day I got mine installed (johnny is always around and he has the stock gearing). Of course I'll video tape if need be.

Right now I'm simply debating because the 4.77's are so cheap right now. :/
