The "hit" on new cars is to be expected. It's the price you pay for the pleasure of owning new.
Price out a used '07 with 10k. If the difference was $2,000 then this is the number you would have to decide just how important a couple of thousand dollars is.
There is no correct answer. Everyone has their own opinion.
Personally for this amount, I'd take new over used.

 

That's a good deal. I paid a little more than that for mine. Go for it.

 

That's a little less than what I paid for my 06. Do it!!!

 

I got my 07 with 4 miles on it in December for $27k, but yes thats a great deal!

Do you know what reason you got it for such a good price?

meaning was there a dealer cash of 3000 because right now it is 2000!

 

I was considering a 2005/06 S200 but when i learned that i could get an 07' for 28.7K i went for the NEW model.

The other thing is that if you buy a used car you have to pay at a higher interest rate.

So i say that is a great deal, GO FOR IT!!

 

If you decide on the MY07, IMO thats a very decent price.
