a 06 lease return with 26000 miles on it, the dealer says that they can't put a price on it because Honda hasn't put the price on it, the dealer claims that they usually buy lease returns and it is not uncommon for a delay on the price, does this make sense to anyone?
My lease is up in July, and I spoke with Honda Financial Services yesterday. I asked about making the dealer an offer after I returned it, and the guy told me that after the return, Honda has the car picked up and sells it at a Dealer-Only auction, so the car may not even end up at the dealer where I leased it. It's possible he could be BS'ng me about the dealer not keeping the car. Maybe they are given a chance to get the car back before the auction.

Anyway, the keeping price for my car (36,000 miles lease) is $19,700. $20K (or close to it) is a good price for an 06, especially with only 26K miles.
