Default 06 lease quote - good deal or no?

so this is what i got quoted. im new to leasing so i just wanted to get as many opinions as possible.

- no down other than $675 drive off which includes first month's payment + registration
- 15,000 miles/yr
- security fee waived which bumps up the money factor from 0.00099 to 0.00109
- monthly payment of $407.80 including tax. would of been $401.xx if i paid the security fee off $400 something.

that's at the super preferred rate. the preferred rate would be a $700 drive off and monthly payment of $429 including tax. these payments were determined based on $500 below invoice (according to the salesman).

i went to another dealer and got quoted $394.87 monthly payments but i would have to down $3500. payment was determined based on a $32,000 price.

the first deal sounds good to me and if you guys agree, i'm definitely jumping on it.

15K miles per year sounds good. And so does the lack of a hefty down payment.

The $299/month deal is back. But you have to put like $3200 down.

how many years is the lease?

residual value?

if you decide to stop the lease early, after one year or so, do they give you the option of buying another honda?

i dont have to down the $3000. i only pay $675 as the down to drive off for just about the same monthly payments as someone else that DID down the $3000.

the lease is for 3 years.

if i dont want the car, i can trade it in or completely sell it off before the 3 years.

You save $1399.00 if you just come up with a down payment of $3200.00 now. I'm basing this on the $299 lease at three years and $3200 down payment.
