05 or wait?
I just test drove the 05 s2k and it's just amazing how everything is about the car inside and out. now, i know the year is almost to and end and that the new year is just upon us. I am, however, looking into getting an 05 but i know the 06s will be out soon. should i wait to get the 06 or pounce on an 05? i like the 05 a lot though...hehe...berlina black is what'll be in my garage soon enough.

If you could get a good deal on an '05, I would go that route. The '06 has a few changes to it, so you probably couldn't find a deal to quickly on one of those. Just a matter of opinion. If you can wait a couple of months for the '06 too.

I don't like some of the changes they've made to the '06, I'd try to grab a '05 at MY closeout prices. If you aren't in a big rush though, no harm in waiting to test-drive an '06 and compare them side-by-side.

if ur gonna get an 05, i would get a clean, used 04. same car, but u could SC it with the money difference. 06 is not big deal unless u want the blue color.

I have express my feelings regarding the MY06 and am not generally happy. If I were you and first owner of the S2000 I would get the MY06.
But since am already an owner of an S2000 I won't get the MY06.
It is suppose that every year a model car is getting better, but not always. Another example was the CRV MY99 which I owned and then we got the CRV MY05 and we were not that happy as the previous one. Anyway this was a big change as well since they were not "face lift" but the new model of the CRV.
