04 owerns with comptech supercharger...
How is it compaired to a 03 supercharged? For example does the boost come sooner? How much sooner? whats your peak HP? Is it more then a 03 supercharged? Thanks

i have one....no idea how it compares to an '03.
however, we'll know by friday as the same people that installed and dyno'd mine (hardtopguy) are installing and dyno'ing an '02 by friday.
the baselines between mine and the '02 were off by a bit though.
baselines:
'04 = 206whp/144tq (mine)
'02 = 196whp/136tq

Usually a SC dyno curve follows the factory curve except with more output. So, I would expect the power to come on slowly in the lower rpms and then stronger as the rpms increase. It would be linear rather than a rush like a turbo though.

based on the dyno charts i saw, you wont really feel the power til the upper band. actually wont feel it at all since it's linear.
most of the gains are at the top with very little on the bottom for daily driving.

i think they used the same dyno too.
nonetheless, i'm happy with my blower...and yes, it's linear.
i'm gonna get a VAFC and lower my v-tec engagement point to 4700...when i have time, that is.

4700 seems really low to me. So then the 04 supercharged makes more power then the 03? Is that consistent at the same boost? When does boost start to come on in the 04?

i can cruise in 6th at 150kph at 4500....our speed limit is 100kph (60mph).
we usually cruise at 130-140 (flow of traffic). 150 is the fastest i would ever "cruise" at...that just keeps me out of v-tec.
MPH to KPH table:
60=100kph
70=112kph
80=128kph
90=144kph
100=160kph
