04 Lip Installation
Has anyone ever put their's on before? HandAccessories has installation instructions but theylook ver overwhelming... If anyone has done this, any tips or experiences that would help?

I installed it with a friend. It was super easy ... Not sure why the directions look overwhelming? All you're doing is attaching all the necessary screw holes, taking 2 self-tapping screws and making two holes in your front bumper (don't even need a drill for this, I just used a regular screw driver), and then mounting the lip.
I had no clue what I was doing and I had it installed and on the car within an hour ... and that includes taking off and putting on the front bumper because I was installing a CAI umbrella at the same time.
One of the easiest installations I've done.
Only tip I'd give is to watch the little molding on the front lip. Its black and it helps to prevent water from getting behind the front lip. Part of the molding on my front lip on one side got stuck behind the lip and I had to fish it back out which was a pain in the butt.
