Refabricate the Y-section, as the Y-pipe is area of constriction (stock just jams the two smaller pipes into the midpipe). You then have a true Y-pipe
Add a test pipe and keep the center resonator. You'll get a nice deep sound, minimal to no droning, lightened weight, and all looking stock.

Just so you guys know, a TP adds very little sound to a stock exhaust. It's just a super-illegal way to add maybe 1-2 HP and a little tone unless your system is already free-flowing.
