01 ecu vs 02 ecu?

i was looking at some of the threads that talked about the differences between
01 and 02 ...i read that the ecu upgrade?
i have an 01....where is a good place to find a 02 ecu?
what are the benefits really?

the 00-01 ECUs ran pretty rich at the top end, probably as a safety measure. The 02-03 ECU leans it out a little bit. This seems to give an advantage of around 5 HP at the high end. Since it is at the high end only, it probably has a +1HP effect to your actual average power output. IMO, not worth spending money on.
