00-03 vs 04+
there are plenty of discussions about 0 to 60 and 1/4mi... enough of that...
what about handling?
which handles better? 00-03 or 04+ ?
i have seen an average of .92Gs for the 00-03 and .88Gs for the 04+
what is going on? is this because of the softened up suspension?

the s02 tires on the previous model offers more grip. btw it is true the suspension on the 04 is softer, but it's not a bad thing(in terms of performance). somtimes having really stiff suspension will cause more problems like bumpsteer, etc.

The newer models being slightly heavier may contribute to this as well.

I can feel the extra softness in the 04's rear suspension. It takes some time getting used to, but allows you to get on the gas more during cornering. I like it for that.
The stock '04 front tires have hardly any grip, though. With proper sized race tires the car is nicely balanced, but on stock tires it understeers like a fwd pig.

what can you do you have more feel in the steering?
i have a 04 and feel that the steering could be a bit more precise.
would some coilovers or sways help the s?
i dont want no track car just something that will offer better response and feel.
