Default 00-03 Fujitsubo exhaust on an 05?

I currently have an MY00 and am thinking about buying an MY05. I love my Fujitsubo exhaust. Can it be made to fit an 05.

Thanks,
Jerry

It will fit but you have to replace the muffler bushings to 00-03 to make it work.

Are the muffler bushings just the rubber donuts that hold the muffler to the brackets? Thanks AJ for the quick reply. I have offically joined the darkside. I traded my 00 GPW for an 05 Berlina about 2 hrs ago. Love it so far.

Bump. I want to know this as well. I heard you have to re-angle the hangers 90deg?

All I had to do was purchase the AP1 muffler bushings. Everything fit just fine.

When they say bushings, they are talking about the rubber hanger donuts.

You don't need all new rubber hangers, just two new ones. The AP2 has a single rubber hanger on each side that has 3 holes. You need to replace these with 2 hole AP1 hangers (2). All the other rubber hangers are identical. No bending or anything else is needed.
