Default $5000 option for the 02?

I just finally recieved my dream car, a 02 S2000. Anyways I found the original window sticker, and msrp is around 32 and change, however under options it has a safety and protection package for 5000? Anyone know what this includes? thanks for the help

Safety and protection package, huh? Just when I thought I've seen it all from pathetic car dealers.

You know, if a car salesman looked me dead in the eye and told me he wanted $5,000 over sticker for "market adjustment", I could sorta respect that. I'd of course either pay the premium or walk out. Supply/Demand... ok, fine, but crap like that is just pathetic. That's plain old FRAUD!
