who should win?..
forgive me if this isn't a story but im interested to see if im crazy. my friend claims that his wrx is a faster car but im a better driver. i think the s2k is just plain faster. he has an 05 wrx with a 3in. d/p, testpipe, and cat-back, with an intake. no tune, just thew the parts on. my car is stock, well, invidia, but we all know how that goes. i know your gonna say give it a go and see what happens but my liscense is horrible and i need it to work.

stock for stock dead even seeing if both drivers are good drivers
with d/p,tp, and catback he should pull you unless he really sucks at driving but he shouldn't pull more than a car

If he doesn't have any sort of engine management, you win. The longer the race goes, the more you win.
Now, if he was smart with his mods, it'd be a more even race. But his mods hurt the car more than help it, especially without any EM.

Stock vs stock the S2000 is quicker, and faster...on a track. However, on the street the WRX evens the score from a dig, but not from a roll, which still belongs to the S2K.
The down-pipe is giving him up to 15 hp, but the rest of the stuff you mentioned is negligible.
From a dig, and on the street, he should be even with you or a little ahead at the 1,320, but it's splitting hairs, and definitely a driver's race.
From a roll, and on the street, you should still win. I don't want to say easily, but by a decent margin, and the higher the starting speed, the larger the margin (especially over 100 mph).
