Most honda civics,mustangs,camero's
Seems that the faster the car is the less likely they are to race...example C5's almost never...hondas with a big coffee can exhaust are always reving.

A buddy of mine SC'd his Cobra and we are both heading to the track in the near future. That should be worth some video.

I used to get SUVs, Jeep Wranglers, smoking junkers, and an occasional Camaro or Mustang. My favorite was a VW Jetta that used to (I swear) stalk me on my way to work after lunch every day...the kid seemed to think that his window tinting made an extra 100hp.
Now, all I get are riced out old Hondas with neon and ugly body kits.

I get picked on regularly by the guy who lives down the street with a new 2002 M3 {funky blue}. We work within 10 min. of each other and leave our homes at the same time. Its not exactly a fare race. last weekend he saw me pulling out of the neighborhood. We got on the bypass and race the 2>3 miles to Einstein bagels. I can't get away from this guy.

I never get Mustangs!
I try to instigate, but they never reciprocate. Oh well, I usually get Preludes, M roadsters, turbo cars (Supra, RX7, S4s, A4s, WRXs). I usually win, except for the monstrous TT Supras and the FD3Ss. They're are ungodly fast.

What are the top five cars or so that seem to always be itching for a beating:
1) Pontiac Aurora (must be the older guys with a bit of HP)
Don't know who said it here, but the best advise I've had is "Know who/what you're up against"...IE I give Z06's their due!
Yours?
