The trial by mail are always rigged and completely unfair. As soon as the judge sees you envelope, hes already getting the guilty hammer ready. Its kangaroo city these days with pigs and their meter maid mentality.

The system and pigs alike dont give a shit about safety, they just sit back and anxiously any thing that looks like you could have crossed any line then gleefully write that ticket so they get a free dozen and a new coffee mug.
