People get tickets for watching all the time here. If you at an illegal street racing event though. In their eyes, if you are there, you are particapating, and in a way you are, your supporting it. And they do just that, ini mini miny moe, your it. Happend to me a couple times, but was let off. They sit there and say your name and licence plate was recorded and if we see you again your going to jail. Well they saw me again and nothing. never recorded anything, just like the 10 warnings i have gotten in various citys (not racing) 3 of which were written warnings. They sit there and say if we stop you again your getting written up, but what happens? NOthing. Pulled over 10-11 times with only 1 ticket which is now off my record. Pretty good if you ask me.

Ok so I got off topic, oh well.

JsnS2K: That sounds more like it to me. Warnings, yes, I can see that. Tickets? Nuh uh - too hard to prove in court that you were there to watch or that you did in fact watch. I don't think there's a precedent anywhere that says that seeing a crime happen warrants prosecution or ticketing yourself.
