Beacause the Kuwait guy thought he could post a year later, and the other Kuwait guy would respond!
I was wondering if there are someone from kuwait and I typed the word (Kuwait) in the search and I come up with many thread....found 4 guys at least posting in www.s2ki.com

Oh, well, good discussion, anyway For the record, I don't think running from the cops is a good solution. I personally would stop and get a ticket rather than risk getting shot at or hurting someone. I chose the time and place for driving 140+, I do not let circumstances decide. Of course, as a result I have way to many tickets on my record
