stone stock s2k vs. BPU 1.8T GTi
on the way home from work, and havent had a race in two months probably. i always end up driving to and from work with the same cars so theres never much excitement.
but
today there was a new car on the way home. silver GTi with exhaust, FMIC, BOV, 567 guages, and a very emo euro trash pilot.
as i roll past i hear vroom psh! as i figured would happen. so once i turn on to the main artery that runs back to my house he pulls out wide along side of me. then hair a down shift and a few blasts of the BOV. he looks over, greased hair combed forward, weezer glasses, and "vintage" clothing. i look over rev-match(not that you can hear it
) and get back into first at 30 or so.
he just takes off, getting a full car before i mash the gas. in no time, i blast up next to him, flat foot second, and blow past putting 5-6 cars on him by 100 or so.
he stayed back and pulled up behind me at the next light. then i did a celeabratory 8k launch at the next light, leaving him in a potenza fog.
i guess he left his fast at home or something. ah, i leave mine in the secret compartment.

A full bolt-on, stock turbo MK4 GTI makes around 200-220 whp tops! My buddy Mike owns/drives the first 1.8T GTI to get into the 10's in the world.
Obviously 200whp is a small bump in the road now.. I think its closer to 700whp now!
