No way your stock s2k held a 2 car advantage till 140 mph. Besides, you were almost topped out at 140+.
according to car and driver, your s2k tops out at 146 compare that to 162 on the vette. also your running 5.4 secs to 60 and a 14.1 quarter compared to a 4.5 0-60 and 13.1 quarter. No way in hell, you took him through 4 or 5 gears.
vettes are in a whole nother class. also, troopers have radios, and radio waves are faster than any car. He could have got you if he wanted.

Yeah the JGC5.9 Limited is doing very well...the kill list grows larger everyday. Your next pal!! Car and driver is pretty accurate with top speeds. I don't like to mag race either but as far as top end (which doesn't matter how skilled you are, just mash the throttle) it is legit.

lol im full of it yes, and so its that 146, since you are in NJ any day you want i can take you to 158-161mph and i ll bet you on that, top out at 146 lol and the c5 does not do 13.1 and my car did 14.0 and i broke to stay within my bracket why, cause last the thropy was more satisfying. Was going to make a video but camera was on pic mode FUUK!

Let's ride! 158-161? you been there? thats a scary speed! You don't think a c-5 can run a 13.1 QT? Why not? I don't think you realize how fast a c-5 vette really is! bytheway, what is a thropy?

ha ha type-o Trophy of course ive been there that is why im telling you, how much willing to bet that i can get past 146mph? a properly driven c5 stock yes, poorly driven no.

Okay I believe you, but you also have to remember that many speedo's often lose some acuracy at those higher speeds, thats why I tend to believe mags, because of high tech equipment. It still takes some balls to see how high you can get that speedo!! That's props to you. I still think a vette is a lot faster !! (lol)
