alright, so sunday i was driving home in my stock 94 toyota celica when an idiot in a z28 camaro pulls up on my side. he revs and sort of lurches foward. i didn't think much of it except that this guy was an idiot. anyway he stops at the light. im coasting to a stop at the light when i shift into first. the light turns green and i floor it. i look over at the guy who is next to me. he looks surprised at what i did, but takes off anyway. i see him walking slowly up on me in my mirror, but he never caught up. he finally slowed down and turned off the street!

assuming the celica is the higher model GT, it still only has 135 hp.... im wondering how you managed to stay ahead of the either 205, 280, or 310 hp (depending on generation) Z28. sorry, just finding this a little hard to believe. maybe he was just toying with you

LOL...i don't know what to say...he accelerated while the other car was stopped...so say he passed him at 40mph!...thats alot of ground to make up

Well, he says the other car was walking up on him until the guy had to make a right. His Celica had a rolling start against a stopped car who probably wasn't even expecting a race. The other guy floors it, starts pulling on the mAd FaSt celica, and has things to do, so he slows and makes his turn, rather than miss his turn to show off for a random idiot. Sounds perfectly believable to me Don't know why this is even here, unless the guy is out to prove his Celica is slow as piss.
