As a former Sti owner, it pulls very hard up past 125. My guess is most let off the gas around 110 or so. Also the Sti can go manual DCCD and set 10% front, 90% rear, which helps a bit in these types of situations... though most forget to do that.

Stock for stock from a roll sti, and evo's don't stand a chance. I have already taken an 05 sti twice from a 60 roll. Had maybe four to five cars on him each time by about 115. Will have video up soon as my buddy gives it to me. Last night coming home from lacr I got into it with a new evo mr. He took off from a 40 roll before me and I reeled him in and passed at 110. We also went from a stop, and he bogged his take off(i didn't launch either) and I jumped ahead from the start and he never caught me, I had about two cars by the time we shut down at 80. Will have video of this up by tonight hopefully. Don't have video from the stop, but have he roll. Sti was my friend, the evo mr was a kool guy, hope to run into him again soon.

Plan and simple the only advantage the sti or evo have stock against us is the launch, that's it.
