So I had the STi out this morning cruising on the highway, I was in the middle lane and I noticed a S a few cars back in my lane, he moved over to the passing lane when it cleared and he cuaght up to me. My car is pretty modded, I have a full kit, wheels and everything, and I'm guessing he thought thats all I had and this guy must not have notice my Front Mount IC Low and behold I hear him drop a gear or two and there I am already prepared and in boost ~5-7psi, when he hit it and started moving I immediately went WOT and shut him down immediately, by the time I hit 110 I had a bus length or two on the S. I tried to wave to the guy but no response.

actually, this past summer I had an encounter with a S2K, the weather was very very humid and at that time my top mount intercooler was heat soaked very badly, there was a S that wanted to run and I did, and my car lost from a roll.

 

I ran an STi when i was stock and beat him. He claimed that he accidently put in 87 gas and now his car ran like dukie. Afterwards I drove it and it did feel a little slower than the other one i drove.

 

I want your STI... Cleared headlights in its future?

A stock S2K has no chance at a stock STI. A stock S can easily outrun a regular WRX but not an STI. The only way a S will beat an STI is with a SC or turbo.

I agree with squibb, if you get a decent driver in an STI the S is done. Trust me, i have tried this many times.
