I have a friend w/ a 2001 M3 who will reply with this.

"Yeah! And you'll still come in 2nd and 3rd!"

leanhtuan: You beat SLK 320 AMG off the line without your bottle? and He was "nowhere" to be found at the end of your 3rd gear?
I have no doubt that sprayed C5 will beat AMG without any problem. But stock C5 compares neck to neck with AMG? Better yet, they are automatic, meaning they can just press the pedal and off they go. I do not know much about your car, but your car must be MODDED in order to leave AMG in the dust by end of 3rd without your bottle. Otherwise, they run 4.5 sec to 60mph and 13 sec flat on 1/4. Very comparable to stock C5. I guess your C5 without bottle must run 12 sec flat or less in order to leave AMG FAR behind ("no where to be found"). Well, neverthless, good kill!

I guess that AMG guy shouldn't have trusted one of magazine article where it said "ferocious corvette killer".
Good kill!

I'm surprised the SLK32 beat the SC'd NSX. Wonder what year NSX that was.
