The base version Solstice is much slower than the S2K, but the GPX version should be as fast if not faster.

that it will have more power/torque(260/260). Question is whether or not that will show on a freeway romp. 4.10's vs. 3.73's at speed and 6spd vs 5spd. 17" vs 18" wheels.

I do not know what the S's 0-60 time is, but it can't be far behind the reported 5.5 seconds of the GXP. I do not know what the redline of the GXP is.

Personally, I'm more fond of the body styling of the Sky- it has that C6-side vent and less 30-40's custom rod looking front end. It'll be interesting to see how the two autocross. I'm not sure if Pontiac/Saturn have built these new cars to withstands the rigors of many track days. Time will tell.

that's obvious to me that you never even had 140 Grandma. i've heard some who did 150. one of our s2k member even showed 176 on a live video. For most of the s2k members 140 is not a big surprise. maybe the solstice is better for you, loser.
For most of the S2K members 140 is not a big suprise???...why do I doubt this statement? Unless you are on some deserted highway in the middle of absolute nowhere, going that fast on a public road is just plain stupid. I can understand it in an area where it is common and acceptable like some highways in Europe, but here its just plain retarded.

People freak the hell out if you come up on them going ten miles an hour faster here in the U.S. I can't imagine what someone would do if you were going 70+ mph faster.

Maybe a coffin is better for you.

You have to be one of the most immature posters I have seen since Vladimr.

Your brag about your unsafe driving habits.
I call you stupid because you drive at 200% the speed limit.
You call me slow because I call you stupid.

I've seen 5th graders with better social skills.

driving fast doesn't mean your stupid, stupid. it's a matter of choice. That doesn't mean i drive over the limit at all times. Everybody gets to beat the speed limit once in a while. You do. I know you do that's why you put some mods on your car to drive a little bit faster. And if your not stupid enough, why are you in the "Street encounter forum" if you hate people racing here. Shame on you.
