ok- The trap speed in the Conv. has to be around 102+ becasue thats what I was running ( when I raced them) and I spanked a few of them by more then a carlength or two.
I never raced a hard top before my mods- but I usually beat them by 1-2 carlengths from a roll. Oh, I run 106 mph now.

P.S. - I know the M3 should trap faster, guess I'm just running into shitty drivers.

With a midly modded S2K running it from a roll, it's very likely that they could be close because even a stock S is not exactly slow on a roll either, and his is mildly modded.
