This is absolutely believable. The M3 convertible (even with manual) has run a 13.6 1/4 mi. With slight modifications an S2000 can run that easy. Remember the M3 convertible adds several hundred pounds to an already heavy M3 chassis.

Auto E46M convertibles are barely 13 second cars, the old E36 auto convertibles struggle to break into the 14's. Sad.
