It'll be a driver's race between an S2k & a convertible 645. S2000 should be faster.

A 645 coupe with manual/SMG tranmission is faster than S2000.

 

HEy this is something I'm waiting to try, I think it'll come down to the driver. Should be a nice run.

 

I was behind a convertable one with the top down going 80 on the freeway. I couldnt get next to him because of traffic, but I flashed him and he seemed to punch it. I was ready in third and punched it. He had the jump and got out about another half car length (to about 4 total) but I reeled him in slowly to about 2 car lengths by 100 where he seemed to let off the gas and slow down. He then mergred over to the slow traffic lane and let me pass and I got a nod.

So at least from a high speed roll, we can beat them.

 

bah! I should have tried then! He was an old guy..I had him on 3 lights..and he was hammering on me at the lights..the first light caught me off guard...as I was changing cds, the 2nd light I didn't do anything and the 3rd light I sorta hammered it but not as much as he did..but god he was like 45 (I'm 21) and he had this hot wife in the frotn and sexy 16 year old daughter in the rear mmmmmm good

 

I haven't raced any 6 series but I have raced a 545i....and that was no joke fast....from 80 to 125 dead even.....then I started to slowly...very slowly past him....it was cool...the dude was like shit old n im only 22...but it was lots fun though

 

After that day...I wanna get a Bimmer...luxury n speed....damn, what more can you asked for

 

An NA S2000 should get pulled on the highway by non-vert 645's and of course the 545i. Those cars have great highway punch...

 

I had a scuffle with a new 645 coupe.

Saw him ahead, so took chase. He saw me coming, but we were on backroads, and I caught him up under braking, and sharp bends.


We then both floored it out of a tight right hander, and it was pretty even in 2nd gear, and then by the end of 3rd and gained around half a car. He then slowed down.

I think he was expecting to blow me away, and was a little pi$$ed I was still right behind him.
