no. very easy. Honda set up the gearing, so if you shift basically anytime after 8500rpm, you'll fall right back just above 6000rpm or higher.

Sounds like the grinding many S2k's experience.... is it only on 1-2 shifts?

 

It sounds like a lot of 2-3 shifts, and high RPM, although it doesn't seem to matter what gears they are. I am very happy that I have no problems to date (including drifting to the right, tires scalloping and gear grind, which some seem to have, not enough for recall, but a common problem none the less). The gearing sounds sweet, UL better take me for a ride!
