I think they are called the r32, the vw hatch. Anyways, My car is a 2001 completly stock. I am cruisn down highway 270, minding my business, I have the cruise set at 65mph...then as i pass an entrance ramp here comes a blue r32 with exhuast, I think he removed his converters as well by the scent it was making. So he passes by then slows and waits for me. I of course go for it, First run from about 70mph he gets a jump and takes me up to 110 or so....well second run we started around 75-80 mph it was much much more fair....we got dead even and we both had good starts, we were bumper to bumper all the way through forth, jumped a fender up on him in 5th gear. shut down about 120-125, i think. it was a quick run, too much traffic to f around too much. Also the top was down.

You should have pulled more than that on him. You should have been in 3rd gear going from 70mph too if Im not mistaken.

Those are tough little cars. I considered one instead of the S2k. I am sure they respond well to bolt ons.
