I was on my way to work this morning and at a light a eclipse pulls up next to me.I could not tell if he had any mods he did have a braw and cool fog lights so he did invest a little,well the light turned green and I hit my ac button off and I jumped a head immediately, so much I think he did not even try to race but I still went through the gears just for the sound of it . I am stopped at a light and he pulled aside of me again so I decide to let him go first to see if he goes for it .The light turns green and he guns it I don't drop the clutch but take off at 2500 rpm's we were side by side for about 1 to 2 seconds and then I started to pull (also this is all turns it is in a circle) when I shift into 2 I get a little loose due to g force but grabbed as soon as I hit the gas again by this time I have a car length and we enter into a right turn that goes to the straitaway I go very wide on the outside lane incase he plows into me by the time I exit the turn I have about 3 car lengths and then I hit 3 and he was about 15 car length behind and just flashed his lights to say okay you win. Then I look at my dash and relies I did not turn off my AC and thought damm I did not show my full potential. I know they are easy to beat but it was fun.

I had to "race" an eclipse the other day. It was a newer model with at the very least exuast. He sat at a the light next to me revving up the entire time we were stopped. So I started slow to see if he was really wanting to run. He took off so i started running. I blew by him in 2nd and then walked him with a change to 3rd. Nothing big, 60 maybe. The guy was a tool.
