Default S/C S2K vs. 03 Vette

Four races, two from digs, two from 20 mph roll. Almost 1/2 mile long run.

Dig 1 - Nail it and almost through all of first he is running away, by the time I'm shifting to 2nd he has about a car and a half on me. I get a great shift into 2nd and he is only walking. As I wind out 2nd he isnt pulling away anymore. Unfortunately the run ends without me able to gain anything back. Hes ahead by about 2 car lengths. "What were you expecting?" he asked me after I had a dissapointed look on my face.

Dig 2 - I drop the clutch this time (I never ever do it but this time I just had to know). Through 1st hes gained about a half a car. As I shift I'm begging the car not to get loose that much because I feel I have the momentum. The car gripped 100%, no chirp. I get that "sucked into your seat" feeling that I remember getting when I first got the car. I walk away through 4th and we have to shut down, me being ahead by a car.

Roll 1 - No contest, I'm running away like I a criminal running from the police.

Roll 2 - Same result. Both runs ended with the vette in the rearview. The guy never turned around the last run, he just drove away.

I see that from happen only if you SC. The launch is very important in this car when it come racing from a dig. Look like you need 4.57 gear, i never have experience it myself nor i have it on my car. But i heard from people that with
4.57 gear you can hang with SC S the first three gear. So i hear anyway.
