After reading your other post, who would wanna race you. Obviously an S2K hater. If your stock RX-7 can "do" a 0-60mph in 4.9 (according to your other post), why would you even wanna race an S2K? Have fun with your RX-7.

You got me wrong, I do NOT hate S2k. I respect them. I see alot of you in the S2k forum ragging the RX7, saying that the S2k will beat it. I will put my money where my mouth is thats all.
I think some S2k Owners were a bit condescending to me with my Miata, So yes I was soured to the s2k. But I realize that was not fair to qualify every s2k owner like that.
So to Clarify, I very much like the S2k, think it has an amazing engine and in terms of Japanese sports cars still in production in america (not including the 350Z or RX8, cause they are not out yet) The S2k is hands down the best. Well mabye the NSX is best.
Anyway was not my intention to rag on your car. Sorry if I came off that way.

When do we bash the RX-7? All the people I know LOVE the RX-7... it's a bad mofo car, and no one can really deny that. It's too bad that they haven't been made in a while. If they still made new ones, there's a definite chance I'd have one instead of my S2000. Most RX-7's will beat most S2000's, and I don't think there's even much to debate about that. Personally, I love the RX-7. And I would probably love the RX-8, too, except it's an obvious rip-off of the S2000.

I raced a WELL kept stock RX-7....probably one of the last years it was made, and he got a car length jump on me...road was dirty as hell....but after that, he didn't pull any and I didn't pull any. I have the Injen intake, which is good for at least a car, so a stock s2k should lose...

oh, bring some $ too.. bring slicks/nos/up your boost all you want.... no probs.. we can do 1/4 mile runs or do 2-3 mile runs on the freeway..
