Face it guys, the reason we mock the magazines when they put our car down and praise them when the put it on a pedestal is that our car flat out rocks. It's only fair. The S2000 is a purist's sports car, the only way cars like the Boxster, Audi TT, 350Z conv or Z4 could beat it is if the reviewer was interested more in luxury rather than sport. None of these cars even come close in terms of handling and still lag behind in any sort of speed test. No matter what the magazine says our car is better. Sure it might not be the absoloute best car in the world. But, against the current crop of competetive open top cars it can't lose. Frankly I have learned to put no value on what the magazines say, still I am pleased to hear them get the story right. Likewise I am displeased when I see them get it wrong.
