Ran with a Modena Spyder last night......
I ran with a 360 Modena Spyder last night:
I was cruisin down the highway, doing maybe 60 or so when I see this car swap lanes and pull up along side me. It was a Spyder with the top down. Two guys driving. I gave them the thumbs up and they the same. I heard him put it into a higher gear so I threw it into the 2nd...we took off and to my suprise, he didn't pull as hard as I thought. From 60 to about 120, he only had a car on me.
Now, I know the Spyders weigh 3200lbs, plus two bigger men driving and the top down on the highway at speed...everythings in my favor, so I guess it makes sense?
None-the-less, great car and the back end on that thing is beautiful!!! We ended up cruisin with each other for another couple miles just admiring each otehrs cars and playin around in traffic.

ya, tell me about it!!!
Down here, Modena's are alot more common than NSX's. I've had probably 3 try and race me since the last S2k meet I attended down here (first one was that day...thats why i date back to there).
They're beautiful cars but I prefer the exhaust note of the 355!! !!!!
Still, the back end of the a 360 is gorgeous! Give me a few more mods and I'll take him!!
