Pulled away hard from a 350Z
On the 880N last night. Went for it two or three times. I tried going on the third honk, but we were having communication difficulties. When he did go for it, I walked him pretty good. From about 70-100.
Gave him the hit on one occasion, and got caught out of vtec (4th at about 75mph?). Even without vtec, he wasnt getting away. Once into vtec, i made up ground on him quickly.
We ended up at a light together later. I told him he had a nice car, and he replied in kind. I asked if it wa an auto, and he said yes. He said that if he had a six speed, he would probably have kept up better, which I dont doubt.
Cool guy, nice car, good death.
And these smileys rock......

LOL!
I see my sig finally got a reaction.
Im not a troll. I have signed up for the dyno day at DNR in San jose, and am looking forward to meeting fellow s2k drivers.
As for the sig, I think it is fairly obvious on closer examination that it is a joke. "Shaved steering wheel? Drivers chin?" C'mon people.

By the way, I own a Silverstone 01. I bought it with 10k miles on the clock in December. I had the diff fluid changed at Menlo (very dirty!), and the clutch recall done because mine was buzzing very loudly upon deceleration. Nod mods except for a sound system that I can actually hear with the top down, and the lexan windblocks inserted in the seats.
