After eating some sushi today, i was just crusing around town enjoying the nice night. Anyways, as I apporached a light, there was a nice looking Porsche Boxter in the other lane. He kept looking over at me, and I just played cool. Since I was behind a car that was next to him in my lane, I noticed it was just a regular Boxter, and not a Boxter S.

So as the light turned green, the guy drove off rather quickly, so i figure he might want to play. There was some light traffic, so i just tailing him for a bit. Then i decide to pass him up. He then passes me up. This contiuned to happen for about 2 miles. So we're driving towards this stretch of road where there are like no cars whatsoever. This is when the fun begins.

We catch a red light. Since the light was rather quick, i didnt even launch the car in vtec. I merely slipped the clutch at around 4500 rpm. So through first gear, the guy had about 1-1.5 cars on me. End of first i was slowly catching up, end of second im slowly gaining, by 3rd, i was pulling rather quickly.I hit 4th gear, and it was over. By 105-110, I had him by about at least 1.5 to 2 cars. I gave him a thumbs up as i was passing him. I guess he wasn't happy because he did not do the same.

All in all, this was one of the best races ive had for a while. The exhaust note on the Boxter sounded very nice. Almost as nice as our cars in VTEC.

Mods: Stock S2000 vs a stock looking Porsche Boxter

Cliff Notes: Porsche Boxter keeps changing lanes to try to stay in front of me after i pass him up. We end up at a light with No CARS on the road. Launch at about 4,500 RPM. He had me by about a car during first. By 4th, i had him by 1.5 to 2 cars. Gave him a thumbs up, no response by him. 1-0 S2000 vs Porsche Boxter.
