I don't think it qualifies as a kill since you didn't finish your run. He might have walked you. From the original post it's difficult to tell if it was even a race. Lucky for you both that you didn't get your cars impounded!

So if we want to get into semantics... my literal statement referrenced "daily drivers" because technically he has done about as much to oem vehicle as possible without completely gutting it and starting over from scratch... which is what would be necessary to get more hp then he has. The only point that would serve is to get a lightweight, dragster... which technically... is no longer an s2k...
