Off the line a Carrera would stab on my s2000, I raced from 70 - 121, so this was a different situation. but just to mention an m5 would beat a Carrera off the line and on the freeway. On the freeway the m5 would walk a Carrera, chip that bad boy and peace . . . that m5 is out.

I have the "vast air" bolton, and I just recently chased an M5 onto a freeway, from a low roll, I was able to out accelerate him, but I lifted at around 80. I was still pulling, but now I wish I had stayed in it, since it sounds like they are more of a roll-on challenge.

I stayed within a car length to 80mph running a new M5 in my old E36 M3... I spanked him off the line, but he came back with speed.. I guess that means all M5's are just slightly faster than all E36 M3's...

An m5 chipped has the capabilty to max over 200 mph they're just fast as fvck . . . I'll leave it at this 13.08 m5 stock, chipped m5 different story the euro versions are even more insane - 13.3 comptech s2000 / 7 psi with aftercooler, m5 still beats it / stock s2000 13.8-14.1, the m5 beats it's a$$ for sure. I can see an s2000 owner with a built engine and turbo measuring up to an m5 but not stock. Another thing a c-5 smokes the s2000 - it's a mid to high 12 car. facts are facts
