I have always wondered what is with people that seem to be driving with their foot constantly on the brake. You all know what I'm talking about. You come across a car..... it's brake lights are on, indicating slowing down, and so you too slow down. Only to realize they pull away from you and keep driving.

Tonight I was behind a new dodge ram that seemed to have this problem. He gets on the freeway... hits the brakes to adjust for traffic. And the brake lights come on and stay on. For a good, oh... 3 miles. Then all of a sudden go off.... When he gets off the same exit ramp as me, they do not do this. They go on, but off right away when he accelerates.

I have also had this happen with a grandpa in a cadillac.

My theory behind this is that there is a little demon inside who likes to cause accidents with confusion. Or the person driving is just dumb. In either case, stupid people should be sterilized, before they produce mullet-bearing offspring.
