Default my S2k vs e46 M3

So yesterday , i went to pick up my GF . When i left her house and wanted to hit the road i saw a silver M3 passing at speed . I smiled an looked at my GF and she already had her " oh boy here we go " face on .

I went after the M3 , then we hit a 50 km speed limit zone so we drove 50 and i could here him reving his engine a little bit so i knew it was on . there were 2 cars in front of the M3 when the 50 km zone was almost over , i went from 3rd gear to 2nd so i was at 5.5k .
I saw that he was going to pass the 2 cars , so i floored he passed the 2 cars and then i did a perfect shift to 3rd and i he didn't walked away from me , i was like no way i tought he would pull really hard on me but i followed really well .

Then we had to break for a slower car , when the road was clear he passed the car , i was in 4th gear (should be in 3rd gear ) then he pulled like 1 1/2 cars on me .

after that he slowed down a bit and then he put is hand out of the window an gave me thumbs up like for 2 times . i did the same .

It really was a blast . I've got my S 6 months now and this was the first time a raced a fast car . And i was really happy how my S performed .

I know that the M3 is a faster car then my stock S . But i think that the M3 driver did not expected that my honda would keep up like that . This wasn't a real race , just some messing around , i know on a staight line the M3 would smoke me . But at the little sprints when overtaking the cars i could follow well

Sorry for my bad english

Hmmm Was it a coupe or Convertible...... Speed differerence there. My Dad has a 01 Conv and he barely beat me when we went to the track

But anyway good run... They are beasts on the highway

I wouldn't call driving fast in traffic a race.
