The simple truth is this LS1 is a quicker car from any speed to any other speed -- and yes -- that inculdes from a stop to 60.
Don't believe us? Why not venture on over to LS1.com and ask some of them what their best 60' times are.

my car isn't completely stock you know and i know i am as fast as a stock camaro ss 0 to 60...i don't care what you owned....i raced my friend several times now and he is a good driver and he can't beat me 0 to 60...we are even
For most LS1 owners, racing to 60 is akin to racing between cracks in the pavement. So in your case, thump your chest all you want that you can hang with his Camaro over the span of what, five seconds with "all your mods." I'm sure there are Toyota Echo owners who are posting their 0-20 kill stories against Corvettes as well, thanks to their Ractive intakes. Nice thread we have here, bragging about one shift "we're dead even" races which in reality, last about as long as it takes me to type this sentence.
