My AP1 Vs. New Mustang GT.
My buddy and I decided we wanted to get some CheeBurger CheeBurger and get down on a 1lb burger so we set off and hit the roads. The top was down and we we're both leaning towards our doors so it doesn't look to ghey. But anyways, we we're at a 2 lane turn waiting to get on the freeway when a brand new Mustang GT pulls up next to us. It had dealer tags on it still. It was a younger looking guy and his girlfriend. My friend and I stopped talking because we heard them laughing as they looked over at us. So it was only obvious that they we're clowning. So, anyways light turns green and I roll out and shifted at about 5k and the GT was about a 1/2 car behind me just seeing who would punch it first.....
I'm in second gear at about 45 and I hear him step on it...so I pursue and hit 9k in 2nd and stopped his pull, 3rd came quick and I pull a car length ahead and hit 4th and still pulling a bit more...
Shut down at about 90 with about 2-3 car lengths in front and I look in my rear view and the girl was laughing and the driver had a look of disgust. I slowed down to 65 and GT boy didn't even pull next to me to give a nod or nothing. It was fun.
