Yeah, me and my brother was out abusing pops Vette. It's an auto and I am still getting used to driving it. Never thought I would ever say that about an auto!!
I thought I would be slick and go against the L by putting it in 1 from about 35 mph. Well after realizing an auto doesnt shift as well as a stick I bounced off the limiter meaning race was over.
But autos do have their advantages, but with the kind of racing I do, they don't help me.

Thanks, i got them a couple of weeks ago for $400 with tires!!! I was pretty happy with the turnout, and for that price, I couldnt complain.

What rim setup do you have johnny? Do you have a sebring or a silverstone?

WTF?! Just leave it in [D] bro. I would assume a 'Vette under full throttle would shift at redline...

BAD 97 WS-6

Yeah, but its kinda moody when it comes to downshifting all the way down. Sometimes it kicks down another gear and it will snap your neck, other times it will only downshift one gear. I know it all depends on what speed you are at, but oh well. Like I said, I am learning to drive an auto again

If your talking about mine, thanks! It was a decent day out, so I drove it. The car is actually really dirty, just cant tell in the pic.
