I was at a stoplight the other day, waiting for it to turn green. I noticed a black car coming up behind (i could hear the exhaust). The light turned green, and the car downshifted and floored it. I floored it off the line as he flew by (probably about 50mph+). I was probably doing about 15mph when he flew by.

I kept going through 1st, into 2nd, and into 3rd. by this time I'm pulling on him and catching up. I wind out 3rd, and go into 4th. I'm really pulling on him and almost on top of him. By 110mph I could easily pass him, but let off due to another light coming up. The car is a modified 200SX with an SE-R badge on it as well. He got quite a lead considering I went from a stop and he flew by doing probably 50+mph. Probably 15-20 lengths or so before I actually started pulling on him. And I pulled on him hard once it got to higher speeds.

At the stop light we went again, this time both from a stop. I launched and spun way too much, but still shot ahead of him. I got several lengths easily and by the time I shut down in 3rd (doing about 75-80mph) I had maybe 15+ lengths on him. I have no idea what this car is supposed to run, but it was an interesting encounter to say the least.

After the race, I found out there was a cop going the other way the first time I went (when we hit 110mph). I am a lucky man.
