wat bout ur sti?

I heard with jsut downpipes and exhaust with a retune those 335's get close to 400 hp? is that true?!

and i'm guessing it would be about the same for the 135 as well :I

while my STi is 400 lbs ligher than a GD chassis im not sure how well it'd fare

i've never ran my RSTi with my old evo, but the Evo was around 330whp/300wtq, the STi is 300whp/350whp, so i'm pretty sure the Evo had more top end, which means a tuned 335i would own my STi on the freeway lol

i've heard of 380whp/430wtq+ 335i's with bolt-ons and tune, and from what i hear and read tuning options are getting cheaper and cheaper for the n54...aka. on my stock puny turbo i would not screw with n54 cars that seem modded on the freeway lol

not entirely - a 335i with a full turbo-back catless exhaust, any one of the most aggressive tunes, and every bolt-on currently available for the 335i, and it will be around 400whp. i only know of one or two people who have broken the 400whp mark, and they are just barely over 400whp (check out e90post.com and do some searching and you should be able to find them).

most 335i enthusiast owners have some of the above mods, but not all of them. many owners have a tune, but only have the secondary cats removed (and are still using the OEM catted downpipes). others are using exhaust systems with high flow cats (instead of no cats at all). hence the reason a majority of 335i's are only putting down power/torque figures in the mid-300's.

That car will turn a 13.4-13.5 sec quarter mile so not to shabby.
My 335i was faster than that when it was bone stock...don't be fooled by the media, a 135 can pull off a 12 sec pass with some stickies and a solid driver.

Thats insane, why does it weigh so much for such a small car, if that thing dropped like 500lbs it would be even more impressive.

It's not a civic. Why does the STI or Evo weight what they weight. Why is the Audi TT a fat pig. Why doesn't Honda put 300/300 V6 in the S2000......WHY WHY WHY ... 3 ****ing times I've asked WHY...LOL

reality, it has all the amenities that weight cars down.
