Well a story, not very exciting to you guys, but my heart was pumping hehe.
Anyways, I was in my Z06 driving home on a 4 lane street. Traffic finnally cleared on one lane. GT was ahead, then he sped up quickly. So I felt like keeping up, so I punch the gas pedal as well; however, I didn't downshift (was in fourth in 40mphs). He was about 2 cars ahead on me, but I still kept up. I stopped at around 85mphs when there was coming traffic, and stopped at a turn I had to make, and plus I got scared hehe. I think he was doing well past 85mph. And this was on a 40mph street.
Welp, that was my first "racing" (or near to it) experience. Was a blast. I probably gone down on a killed list though. I don't get too many competitors around Raleigh, NC. Maybe its the new Z06 exhaust plate I just put up.
Now if we were on a freeway (more lanes) and there was no traffic, that would be different!
