My friend has a m3. Well, a month ago he was clocked at 170 mph and ran for about 20 minutes and was forced to stop when they did a roadblock on the highway. Needless to say, he sold his car last week. He ran because he was piss drunk... So, YES, people do try to outrun cops. Motorcycles sometimes succeed...
