I'd expect it to do well, but considering you caught up after he had that much of a head start really goes to show your making much better power.

a highboost Kraftwerks S2000 will be doing about 410 to the crank with a 700lb weight advantage. Yeah i'd say you'd smoke a 370z.

That being said. You'd also be surprised how much of a disadvantage having the top down can be. Its known to be about 1.5 to 2 cars lengths difference...as your girlfriend slowing you down big time. Heh we'll just hope she doesnt read s2ki.

The kraftwerks reflash lowers vtec to 4200, which is why its smooth and unnoticeable. Sure they could have left it @ 6000 and the vtec kick would have lit the tires up. But that doesnt mean the car would be any faster...

i thought the later 06+ years had a natural smoother vtec kick? its not as rough as the early models. but thats what i thought anyway

I can still hear and somewhat feel vtec on my turbo setup....but you have to really be looking for it. 9krpms FTW!

But the F20 has a higher redline, and a better rod/stroke ratio. It inherently likes to rev more than a F22. Most of the low torque output is because the non vtec lobes of the F20 suck, but the vtec lobes are larger than the f22's.

i can still hear vtec and feel it when in my ap2 with my gt35r its set at 6k
