Ok well, just spent some time talking to Dave on AIM.
I'll paraphrase:
Dave is running hondata gasket, v2 intake, and cat delete + mods that he won't reveal.
Dave says that he loses traction in 3rd gear on stock tires (re-050 or whatever).
Dave says that he believes he can run at least a 13.3 with his mods and around 13.0 hopefully.
Dave expects 220-230 rwhp at sea level.
Dave made a 14.0 @ 103 mph pass with a 2.5 60 ft in vegas which he says the correction for sea level is .7 seconds so that would put him at a 13.3.
Dave expects to beat a SC AP1 with stock pulley.
Dave consistently mentions that AP2 is faster than AP1 and the difference is huge.
Dave says that he has beaten a couple of AP1's with gears such as 4.77's. He says that he has beaten them hard.
Dave said that he would get a dyno & go to AZ and run a 1/4 mile pass.

And you did nothing to cancel out the biggest variable of them all, DRIVER skill. The best way to try to eliminate this variable would be to switch drivers. Do a couple runs, using the same start (from a dig or whatever), switching lanes. Then switch drivers and repeat.
When we set out to disprove the S2k vs. 350z debate with a few videos... we did exactly that... we did a couple runs with a camera man in my car... then his... from 60mph... from 80mph... from a dig... from 20... and finally we washed, rinsed and repeated it all with a different driver in each car...
In total- we did about 14-16 runs- all taped and then we edited them down for time constraints to note the final conclusion and results
(even then we couldn't use it as an end all proof simply because I had 18"SSR's on and he had a plenum and intake... it is again- a variable to consider)

After that this arguement can be ended once and for all.
